to create a chart
1. Click
Object on the Insert menu, and then click the Create New tab.

the Object type box, click Microsoft Graph 2000 Chart, and then
click OK.
3. To
replace the sample data, click a cell on the datasheet, and then type the
information you want.
4. To
return to Word, click the Word document.

Select the chart you want to resize.

Rest the pointer on the chart resize handle until a double-headed arrow
appears.

Drag the chart boundary until the chart is the size you want.

Click the cell in which you want the sum to appear.

On the Table menu, click Formula.

If the cell you selected is
at the bottom of a column of numbers, Microsoft Word
proposes the formula
=SUM(ABOVE). Click OK if this is correct.
If the cell you selected is at the right
end of a row of numbers, Word proposes the
formula =SUM(LEFT). Click OK
if this is correct.

Creating Web Pages
4.16.1 Creating a Web Page
from a Wizard
1.
On
the File menu, click New, and then click the Web Pages tab.
2.
Click
Web Page Wizard and follow the instructions in the wizard. Figure 4.16.1 shows
first dialog box of the Web Page Wizard. Along the left side of the Dialog box
is a “Progress Line” that shows you all of the steps you’ll go through
to get from start to finish. This progress line appears in all of the wizard
dialog boxes. As you move through the wizard, the box next to the current step
turns green so that you know where you are.

Click
next to move to the next dialog box, and choose the Title for your site
4.16.2 Creating Web Page from a Template
1. On
the File menu, click New.
2. Do one of the following:
On the General tab,
click Web Page to open a blank Web page.
On the Web Pages tab, click the template that you want to base your Web
page on.
4.16.3 Converting a Word Document to a Web Page
1. On the File menu, click Save as
Web Page.
2. If you
want to save the document in a different folder, locate and open
the folder.
3. In
the File name box, type a name for the document.
You
can use long, descriptive file names if you want.

Click Save.
