4.4.1 Previewing Documents

To display each page as it will look when
printed, click Print Preview
on the Standard toolbar.
To exit print preview and return to the previous view of the document,
click Close.
Note You can also edit text in print preview.

in Print Preview
1. In
print preview, display the page you want to edit.

Click
the text in the area you want to edit. Word zooms in on the area.
3.
Click
Magnifier
, when the
pointer changes from a magnifying glass to an I-beam; make your
changes to the document.
4. To
return to the original magnification, click Magnifier
, and then
click the document.
5. To
exit print preview and return to the previous view of the document, click Close.

Inserting Page Breaks
1. Click where you want to start a
new page.

On the Insert menu, click Break.

Click Page break.

the Standard Toolbar
You can print
the active document by clicking Print
on the Standard toolbar. To display each
page as it will look when printed, click
Print Preview
on the Standard toolbar.

the File menu, click Print. Clicking Print opens the window as shown in
the following Figure 4.4.1

the printing options you want.
